The Sun
Joy, success, vitality, positivity, celebration.
Upright
The Sun is joy without conditions. It speaks of success, vitality, clarity and the plain happiness of being alive and warm. Things are working; you can see them working; you do not need to hide anything. It is one of the best cards in the deck to draw, and its advice is simple: enjoy this, and let people see you enjoying it.
Reversed
Reversed, the sun is behind a cloud. It marks a temporary sadness, dimmed optimism, or the opposite — an overconfidence that ignores the shadows. The light is still there. Reversed, it just asks you not to fake it.
On the card
A naked child rides a white horse beneath a huge sun with a calm face, carrying a red banner. Four sunflowers rise over a garden wall behind, and the whole card is warmth and light.
In love
Warmth, joy, honesty, a happy relationship or a very happy start. Children, sometimes.
A dip in warmth, or trouble letting yourself be happy. It passes.
At work
Success, recognition, a project that shines. Take the credit.
A delayed win, or ego getting in the way of the work. Stay humble and keep going.
As advice
Say yes, go outside, let yourself be seen. This is the good part.
Let the low mood be a weather system, not a verdict.

A warm, joyful, generous person: the one who lights up a room, open-hearted and honest. Children, and people who never lost the child in them.
How does the Sun feel about you?
They are happy with you, openly. Nothing is hidden: warmth, delight, and a plain wish to be around you.
What does the Sun say about timing?
