Page of Wands · Minor Arcana
Page of Wands
Enthusiasm, exploration, free spirit, discovery.
Upright
The Page of Wands is enthusiasm before experience. It speaks of exploration, free spirit, a message that lights something up, and the joy of being at the start of something with no idea how it ends. The Page is not skilled yet, and does not care. Follow the curiosity.
Reversed
Reversed, the enthusiasm has no direction. It marks hasty decisions, unreliable people, big talk without follow-through, or a spark that keeps changing its mind. Give the energy somewhere to go.
On the card
A young figure in a tunic patterned with salamanders stands in the desert holding a tall wand with fresh leaves, looking up at it with open curiosity. Three pyramids rise behind.
In love
A flirtation, an adventurous new person, or a playful surge in an old relationship.
Someone unreliable or all talk, or restlessness that will not settle.
At work
A new venture, an exciting message, a chance to learn by doing.
Scattered ideas and no plan. Pick one and see it through.
As advice
Explore. You do not need to know where it leads.
Channel it. Enthusiasm without a container evaporates.
